Nitesh Gor is Chief Executive of Avanti Schools Trust. His previous experience encompasses CEO and director roles across the exploration and investment banking industries and a broad business strategy background gained as a result of working for two leading management consultancies. He is a published author. Nitesh has an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of London. He is a Deputy Lieutenant with the Greater London Lieutenancy and was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List of 2018 for Services to Education.

S.B. Keshava Swami (previously known as Sutapa Das) is a spiritual author, community mentor, dynamic teacher and worldwide traveler. In 2002, after graduating from UCL (University College London) with a BSc in Information Management, he adopted full-time monastic life to expand his knowledge, deepen his spirituality, and share these timeless principles with the wider society.
For over twenty years, Keshava Swami was a resident monk at ISKCON UK’s headquarters, Bhaktivedanta Manor. There he pioneered the School of Bhakti (www.schoolofbhakti.com), led the monastic training programme and drove forward national outreach projects. He has designed numerous courses on Vedic theology, lifestyle management, and spiritual self-development, and also authored ten books which bring the ancient wisdom into the modern context.
In 2022, Keshava Swami accepted vows of lifetime renunciation. Nowadays he is a globe-trotter, teaching in universities, corporate firms, government organisations and spiritual communities, bringing wisdom to the places which need it most. He continues to diligently study the Sanskrit texts, considering how to proliferate spiritual wisdom in a world that is suffocating from materialism.

He has a Majors degree in Economics and a Masters in Monetary Policy and International Finance. He joined the Times Group after completing his MBA in Finance and has a wealth of corporate experience, having undertaken projects for multinational companies such as KPMG Pete Marwick and ICICI Bank. In March 1999, he decided to dedicate himself completely as a full-time member of ISKCON and is based at the Chowpatty branch, Mumbai.
He shares his daily reflections, meditations, and discourses on his website www.yogaformodernage.com. With almost a thousand-plus articles on his website and hundreds of talks on his YouTube channel, Vraja Bihari Das continues to help and guide the masses across borders. Furthermore, his insatiable thirst for writing and sharing his vision drove him to author four books. His books are easy to read and aimed at finding answers to both the most common and more profound questions in our day to day life.
His recent release ‘Mind your Mind- three principles for happy living’ is a result of his daily study, writing, contemplation, and prayers over the last two decades. In his writings, he shares different tools to help one feel loved and improve relationships with oneself and those who matter to us. One of his works- a fiction- called ‘Cricket in a Monastery’ reveals valuable life lessons from a game of cricket.
